New Hanover Regional Medical Center's Robotic Surgery Program gives patients access to one of the most technologically advanced and least invasive surgical tools in use today.  With the da Vinci Surgical System, expert surgeons are able to perform complex surgery through tiny incisions.  The smaller incisions mean less pain, blood loss and scarring and shorter recoveries so patients can get back to their daily activities faster.

New Hanover Regional Medical Center was the first to use the robotic surgical system and has the largest team of experienced robotic surgeons in the region performing robotic GYN, urology, prostate and GYN oncology procedures.
