Elizabeth Cates and Jenn Cesal were recently promoted to Nurse Managers of the Behavioral Health Hospital at NHRMC. Elizabeth manages the day shift, while Jenn manages night shift.
Elizabeth has worked as a Nursing Supervisor/Administrative Operating Officer in flow and throughput at NHRMC since December 2016.
“Elizabeth is a consummate professional in her job responsibilities,” said Josh Price, her former manager in Patient Care Operations. “She enjoys helping others any way she can. Elizabeth inspires those around her and brings passion to all her endeavors at NHRMC.
Elizabeth graduated with her BSN from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK and her MSN in Nursing Administration and Informatics from Molloy College in New York. In 2017, she received NEA-BC certification from the ANCC.
Jenn joined the NHRMC team in April 2019 as the night shift coordinator for BHH. During her time here, she has worked hard to improve processes for the patients and staff. Jenn has 12 years of nursing experience with 9 of those being in leadership in both psychiatric and emergency care.
