Please join the Accreditation and Quality Departments for a Retirement Celebration Tea for Patricia Farmer. Patricia will be celebrating 28 years of service with NHRMC. The Retirement Tea will be in James Walker Conference Room from 2 – 4 p.m. on Thursday June 13.
Patricia began working at NHRMC in 1991 in Patient Financial Services, and then Fiscal Services. In 2000 she transferred to Administration as an Administrative Associate to the CFO. Patricia moved to the Regulatory Compliance Department in 2003 and was named Employee of Excellence for her teamwork and compassion for others in 2011.
As the Accreditation Analyst Patricia has overseen several projects. Patricia implemented and managed PolicyStat, converting the organization's policies from a paper process to a streamlined e-process. She was also key in the realization of Verge Accreditation e-program, updating audit processes across the organization. Patricia has been a key partner in every accreditation survey for the past 16 years.
Upon retirement Patricia plans to spend more time with her family and grandbabies in Texas.
