Return of equipment
If you have an NHRMC laptop or desktop you are no longer using, or use infrequently, we can redeploy it to an employee who lost their personal computer in the storm. Please bring your unused device into work, call 667-7855 (or open a “request” in ServiceNow) and request a pick-up. I.S. will collect and redeploy these computers to those impacted by the storm.
Requesting Loaner equipment
If you have a storm damaged computer and need a loaner:
- Submit a “request” in ServiceNow via this website https://nhrmc.service-now.com/sp
- Information Services will identify spare equipment and provide a computer for up to 6 months
- Supplies are limited
Workstations located in the Learning Technology Center and any of the unoccupied Epic Classrooms are available for drop-in employee use.
