Waldorf Salad

3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons skim milk
2 cups diced apples, unpeeled
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup diced celery
¼ cup raisins

Mix mayonnaise and milk until smooth and set aside. In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add celery, raisins and mayonnaise mixture. Stir to coat apples.
Makes: 6 (1/2) cup servings.
