Bessie has worn many hats over the years with much of that time as Core Lab Manager and most recently, LIS Coordinator. Bessie has been a key stakeholder in the laboratory's systemization efforts and automation up fits. Bessie is well known throughout the health system for her interdisciplinary involvement in numerous project and initiatives.
Her dedication to the Epic Beaker implementation has put the laboratory and the organization on an path for many great things days ahead. Her poise and passion for patient safety is exemplified as a certified inspector for the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the gold standard in laboratory accreditation.
Whatever the need is, Bessie quickly aligns with the mission, vision and values of NHRMC, serving as a mentor to many of her peers and colleagues. Join us in congratulating Bessie.
