NHRMC has received the message below from Zoom client support. Some telephone options have been disabled. Not everyone uses version 5.2.3, and it is unclear if other versions will have the same limitations.
If you call in to a Zoom webinar (such as the COVID Call with Dr. Paul or a CEO Forum) and are unable to connect via telephone, please try the app, join the webinar from your browser, or use your desktop Zoom. If you are hosting a Zoom webinar, please advise your attendees of this situation.

Here is the message from Zoom:
We have temporarily disabled the telephone options for webinar attendees in Zoom version 5.2.3 and plan to re-enable them in the next few weeks. In the meantime, attendees may connect to Webinar audio through the Zoom desktop client, web client, or mobile app.
Webinar hosts and panelists can still join by telephone, as well as through computer audio. All phone features for webinar attendees have been disabled for the time being, but panelists are unaffected.
