M2P Points Reloaded
All managers, directors and leadership M2P points have been reloaded effective August 3 within HERO, NHRMC’s reward and recognition program. These points are used to recognize extraordinary efforts including great team work, communication, compassion and ownership. Leaders are encouraged to recognize staff during the ongoing COVID-19 focus. Points will be reloaded in the future on a quarterly basis. Peer-to-peer points will continue to be updated monthly.
