Our Health Equity team is available to visit your huddles or department meetings, in person or virtually, to lead discussions on a variety of topics:
- Navigating cultural conversations
- Mediating difficult discussions
- Discussing current social issues
- Identifying disparities and understanding care gaps
- Providing tailored education
