Beginning Tuesday, July 14 some Lawson Employee and Manager Self Service functions will no longer be available in order to prepare for the Infor Global HR go-live on July 20.
The Lawson HR freeze will impact the following items:
- Manager Self Service (all functions in Manager Self Service will not be available)
- Employee Self Service
- Contact Information (including address, phone, email, additional contact numbers)
- Life Events – Move/Address/Phone Change ONLY. All others in Life Events will be available in ESS.
Please be sure to make your changes in Lawson prior to Tuesday so that we can begin the conversion process into Global HR.
If it is urgent that these items need updating during the Lawson HR Freeze time period, please send a request through ServiceNow. On the ServiceNow Portal go to Request Something, then General Request. Someone from HR will follow up with you regarding this request.
