What Do I Do If I've Been Exposed to COVID-19 or Have Symptoms?

Employee Health Services has created a simple chart to help employees and providers know what to do if they may have been exposed to COVID-19, have symptoms related to COVID-19, or have been evaluated for COVID-19.

One of the most important messages is that employees should not come to work or visit Employee Health if they have been exposed or are symptomatic. Instead, affected employees should call Employee Health at 667.7582 for further instructions.
