Richard Cheshire, Director of IS Customer Service, is retiring after 38 years of service to NHRMC.
Richard began his career as a computer operator for Information Services. Throughout his career, he grew into more leadership roles and accepted more responsibility.
Some of his positions included: Manager of Computer Operations and Client Services; Director of IS Operations; IS Director of Ambulatory & Affiliated Operations; and Director of IS Legacy Systems.
As Director of the Telecom Call Center and Mobile Communications since 2012, Richard has been responsible for switchboard operations, distribution and management of mobile devices, PerfectServe, Change Management and corporate local/long distance expenses. Recently, he managed the rollout of more than 1,000 iPhones for clinical communications using the Voalte software application.
