To ensure quality and timely care, a need was identified to distinguish routine vs urgent messages in Perfect Serve. Starting January 6, the routing in Perfect Serve will be modified so that the sender will need to identify whether the message they are sending is a routine message or an urgent message. Urgent messages will require a call back from the provider.
To prepare for this change, all staff that use PerfectServe must complete the CBL - PerfectServe Updates 2019. The CBL will be available in NetLearning on December 12 and must be completed by January 4. Please ensure that your staff have enrolled in and completed this CBL.
Physician and APP education will take place during this time as well.
