As the NHRMC Construction Services Team progresses toward opening of the new tower next year, some changes will have an immediate impact at the NHRMC Surgical Pavilion.
Construction detours will relocate the Station 2 function for surgical patient intake starting Sunday, September 15. This detour will be in place through November 19, when the new surgical services lobby and parking lots will open for staff and visitors. The surgical services staff along with the volunteers will be assisting with guided access through the new route for patients and visitors.
In order to keep traffic to a minimum through the sensitive areas of the pavilion, staff members who use the pavilion entry to access other areas of the medical center are asked to use alternate entry points at the Rehab Hospital, Provider and Staff Entrance above the loading dock or the designated Personnel Entrance at the rear of the hospital.
