Workforce Management Will Go Live at Pender on Sunday

April 30, 2019
WFM time clock

Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance will go live at Pender and Home Care beginning Sunday May 5, 2019 at Midnight.

What does this mean for Pender employees?

Every employee will have a schedule in the Workforce Management system.  Your schedule and your timesheet will now be in Infor Workforce Management. Staff will have access to their schedules and timecards at work and at home. Staff will also be able to pick up extra shifts and trade shifts through the system.

New time clocks will be activated at PMH, Home Health and Rocky Point H&D. If you are assigned a time clock, you will need to use that to punch in and out each day. Punches will no longer be rounded; staff will be paid for the exact time of they are on the clock.  Non-exempt employees will be required to clock in and out for meals.  Any missed punches will need to be entered on the Missed Punch Form and approved by your manager.

Employees will log into the Infor Workforce ETM application located on CapsLive.

Managers will have an icon on their desktop for Infor Workforce Management.

Home Health clinical staff will log their visit time in the NHRMC Business Portal.

Managers will be responsible for approving time off requests and manage staff schedules.

Time cards will need to be approved at the employee level and at the manager level.

Go Live Important Information

Transition Details:

On Saturday, most hourly employees will clock in and out as they normally do. If your shift starts on Saturday at PMH but ends into Sunday, you will clock out on the Kronos clock located by the PMH Education Room. For PMH employees clocking in after midnight on Sunday, you will use the new Infor clock located at the PMH Registration hallway. By 8 a.m the Kronos clock at the PMH Education Room will be replaced by an Infor time clock.

Training Opportunities:

NetLearning will contain new Workforce Time & Attendance modules that you will need to complete.

Workforce Project Team members will be on-site at Pender on Wednesday May 1 through through Friday, May 3 for additional hands-on training.

Time Clocks:

The Kronos time clock located at the PMH Education room will be replaced with a new Synel WB8000 clock.  There will be a total of 3 clocks at Pender Hospital.  One at the PMH Education room, one at the Registration / ED hallway and one on the 2nd floor.

New time clocks will also be installed at Home Health and Rocky Point H&D.
