From April 22-26, NHRMC Pathology and Laboratory Services invites all NHRMC to learn more about the department and its important role in patient care through scheduled tours.
Pathologists, medical laboratory assistants, histologists, cytologists, phlebotomists, medical laboratory scientists, medical transcriptionists, pathologist assistants, information systems analysts, cytotechnologists and many other support roles work together to influence nearly 80% of clinical decisions made in the healthcare setting. NHRMC has more than 200 lab professionals who perform and interpret more than 1.9 million laboratory tests each year.
