NHRMC is a sponsor of the 2019 WILMA Dash taking place at 6:30 p.m. at the Wilmington Convention Center on May 16. WILMA Dash is North Carolina’s only all-female 5K. Whether you are walker, first-time runner, or a seasonal runner, WILMA Dash is a fun-filled event with food, music and fitness.
