NHRMC has approved budgeting to have a dedicated cost center to assist with the recruitment of Nurse Aide Sitters.
Nurse Aide recruitment is in full swing at NHRMC to fulfill the current open requisitions, and Nurse Aide Sitters will be recruited to fulfill the sitter need.
This special initiative will continue to move forward, and NHRMC leadership will update you regularly on the progress of the effort, number of postings and recruitment/retention plans.
