From Rand Pennington’s nomination:
Rand is exceptional, truly the “go-to guy” in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He bends over backward to ensure positive outcomes for his and his colleagues’ patients, and he is an extraordinary asset to our community.”
Other colleagues agree that Rand is an excellent clinician, saying “he is extremely thorough and doesn’t miss anything in his patient assessments. His interactions with other providers, coworkers and patients are professional and respectful.
He is one of the most well-respected providers in the organization; everybody knows and loves him. He leads by example, and it’s obvious that he is wholeheartedly dedicated to providing the best care. And patients love him, many specifically ask for him.” One internist said, “If my family was sick, I would feel extremely at-ease knowing Rand was taking care of them.”
