The following enhancements have been made to the ServiceNow portal as of Oct 29, 2018 to better assist in the Analytics & IT project requests/service request process:
When logging into the Service Portal, you will still select the icon “Request Something” :
- For Analytics, you will select: “Need Data”
- For IS, you will select “I/S Project Request”
Logic has been built into these forms to automatically route (based upon your answers to the questions) to either create a Project Request or a Service Request for each department.
The icon “Report an Incident” located on the Service Portal remains unchanged. Please continue to use this option to report “Break Fix” or “HowTo” issues.
