Jimmie Willis, Sr. has been a familiar face to many throughout his 54 years with New Hanover Regional Medical Center, from Cape Fear Memorial Hospital through today as a transport/equipment liaison at the Orthopedic Hospital. His smile has greeted staff, doctors, and patients and their families for years. His knowledge of the history of Cape Fear is extensive and as he steps into retirement, he will be greatly missed by so many people.
