For Remote Access, Employees Must Use Okta Multi-Factor

Who? All employees except physicians who access remote.nhrmc.org from outside the organization

What? Okta Multi-factor for external access to remote.nhrmc.org. 

When? April 27, 2018 at 9 a.m.

Workflow Impact? Any employee (excluding physicians) who attempts to access remote.nhrmc.org from outside the organization will be required to use Okta Multi-Factor Authentication

Exceptions: Multi-factor authentication is not required when accessing EPIC Care Link. This will be scheduled for a later date.

Why: To enhance our protection of NHRMC data.

You will need to be registered in Okta MFA which includes installing the Okta Verify application on your smart phone. If you haven’t enrolled in Okta MFA please search CapsLive for instructions using keyword “Okta Verify” or use the below links to download instructions:
