When you make an appointment with your doctor’s office, timing and access are extremely important. The NHRMC Employee Health & Clinic has always offered a convenient, on-campus alternative to visiting a physician's office. Now, it is even more convenient. With NHRMC MyChart Video Visits, if you are sick and need to see someone fast – whether you’re on campus or not – you can be assessed by our Employee Health & Clinic from anywhere.

NHRMC MyChart Video Visits are now available for NHRMC and NHRMC Physician Group employees. This capability allows you to schedule a face-to-face encounter with a provider at Employee Health and attend the visit with full visual and audio communication from your desktop computer or mobile device (must have web camera and speakers*).

Video Visit appointments are available through NHRMC MyChart at peak times during Employee Health’s regular operating hours. Log in to NHRMC MyChart to see all available appointments in real time. You will be able to use your NHRMC MyChart account to select an appointment time, check in, complete the visit, and receive your after-visit summary.

NHRMC MyChart Video Visits are ideal for conditions that can be discussed with a provider in a virtual environment. You can request a Video Visit for the following conditions:

  • Upper respiratory issues, such as sinusitis, bronchitis or a cold
  • Skin conditions
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Short-term temporary prescription refills

Video Visits are offered at no cost. Only NHRMC and NHRMC Physician Group employees who have an active NHRMC MyChart account are eligible to participate in these visits; dependents and employees of NHRMC affiliates are not eligible.
