Cantaloupe Smoothie

½ cantaloupe, seeded, peeled and cut into chunks
1 banana, cut into thick slices
1/3 cup orange juice
¼ cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon 100% unprocessed wheat bran

In a blender, combine the cantaloupe, banana, orange juice, yogurt, and wheat bran. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.

To serve, divide amount 2 glasses and serve immediately.
