About BRG’s & LEAD
Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are voluntary employee-led groups designed to bring together team members who share common characteristics and life experiences. Formed as part of the NHRMC Health Equity strategic plan initiative, BRGs bring together employees who share a passion for helping to meet the needs of underrepresented groups. BRGs help those who may face challenges achieving better health due to social factors such as race, gender, national origin or sexual orientation.
LEAD (Leadership, Education, and Awareness for Disabilities) is committed to support employees with disabilities and their advancement; advocating for proportionate representation at all levels within our facility; and promoting positive work/life balance for all.
