If an NHRMC team member fails to enroll in benefits, the following default benefits package will apply:
- Cigna standard plan, employee only coverage
- Short-term disability, 30-day wait plan
- Long-term disability (Novant Health paid)
- Basic life insurance (Novant Health paid)
