The facilities department at NHRMC manages buildings and grounds for our 769-bed, multi-hospital organization. We are responsible for over two million square feet of buildings and 12 megawatts of power generation, as well as in-house maintenance throughout the organization, including CT and MRI repair. We continually work to make our building management systems more automated and our utilities more efficient.

Our Team

Teamwork and ownership are the basis of our work in the facilities department. We know the work we do is integral to ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families. Patients are asked to rate their rooms and scores are reviewed regularly to determine how we can improve our services.

In our maintenance groups, a single person is responsible for an area. Team members have the opportunity for direct interaction with patients and staff. When an issue arises, department staff triage and call in other specialty areas within facilities.
