A cancer diagnosis affects more than just the patient. Many caregivers offer physical, emotional and spiritual support for their loved ones after a diagnosis and throughout their treatment. A caregiver's role is invaluable for a patient who is receiving treatment at NHRMC Zimmer Cancer Center, and it's OK to ask for help.
Join others caring for a loved one with cancer at the NHRMC Zimmer Cancer Center Caregiver Education Class. By attending just one class, you will learn the skills you need to help care for yourself to be better able to support your loved one.
Caregivers only need to attend one session. Any individual who will be providing direct care for someone undergoing treatment for cancer is welcome.
