How do I sign up for benefits?

Eligible new hires will attend a benefits enrollment session on day 2 of orientation. During this session, you will learn about the benefit options available to you and be guided through online enrollment with the help of our Total Rewards team. You must complete your online enrollment or waiver of benefits to avoid being "auto-enrolled" by your benefit effective date.

When do benefits start?

For new hires, benefits are effective beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment. New managers are eligible the first of the month following their hire date. Those benefit eligible due to a FTE change are eligible the first of the month following the FTE change date.

Is there mandatory overtime?

No.

When am I eligible for a raise?

Merit adjustments are issued once a year.

What should I wear to New Employee Orientation?

The dress code for New Employee Orientation is business casual attire.  Visit the What to Wear page to see a detailed guide on appropriate attire.

Do I accumulate paid time off (PTO) during my 90-day probation period?

Yes.

Do employees have the ability to transfer?

Yes, a team member can transfer after one year in their department provided the employee does not have any disciplinary action within that 12-month period.
