Financial Resilience
In this section find resources to help increasing anxiety around the financial implications of the COVID-19 crisis.
During these unprecedented times we are continuing to communicate with you, our valued employees, to make sure you are informed and have the education and resources you need to make informed, long-term decisions.
Unexpected Childcare Cost Expenses
If you have unexpected costs associated with childcare, you may be eligible for assistance through the Employee Benevolent Fund. Call the Employee Benefits Hotline at (910)667-6000 for assistance. In addition, please use the resources available to you through AIG/Valic and Smart Dollar.
It’s now easier than ever to get one-on-one financial counseling. AIG Retirement Services has the resources to meet with you virtually – by phone, FaceTime or Webex. They’ve even simplified the process with step-by-step instructions on how to join an online Webex meeting and stay connected with your financial advisor. Schedule a time to meet virtually Monday-Friday at a time that is convenient for you.
