Your Employee Self Service
Use remote access to log in to Employee Self Service and review and/or change your benefit information.
Within this section you can view your electronic payroll vouchers, see your pay history, change your tax withholdings and update your direct deposit information. You may direct your paycheck into two different banking institutions, as well as up to two different bank accounts in each.
Personal Information Menu
This menu includes your emergency contacts, PDO balances and education/licensures. It is important for you to make sure the information is accurate and current.
Here you can review and edit your beneficiary and dependent information, such as phone numbers, at any time. It is also where you can elect or make changes to your benefits.
- If you would like to make changes to your existing benefits, you must contact the HR Benefits Team within 30 days from the effective date of your Qualifying Event.
- Your new benefit elections will begin first of the month following the Qualifying Event. Any premium rate changes will automatically apply and be reflected in the first paycheck of the following month.
Life Events Menu
If you experience a qualified status change during the year, you will make changes to your Benefits under this menu.
- In order to make changes to your benefits through a qualifying event, you must contact the HR Benefits Team within 30 days from the effective date of your qualifying event.
- You must also submit a copy of the necessary paperwork to HR. Additionally, under the Move life event you will notify us of your new address and/or phone number.
