To keep you challenged, we offer advanced level classes. For our members suffering from back pain, we offer Back Pain Pathway-friendly classes to help you stay in shape while remaining injury-free.

Back Pain Pathway
This assessment-style class is designed to provide therapy-like exercises and stretches to alleviate back pain.
Bands & Balance Training
Resistance training incorporates bands and bosu balls to help improve your balance and core strength.
This class is similar to yoga and Pilates, however, workouts are done standing and use a variety of equipment including a ballet bar, light hand weights, and stretch bands.
This class is a combination of Pilates and Barre. It uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates mat work. It is a whole body conditioning class which tones and lengthens muscles, increases strength, improves postures, and body mechanics. The exercises focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps and small range of movement exercises.
This tabata-style class incorporates high-intensity, 20-second interval workouts with 10 seconds of rest, for multiple rounds. This is a circuit of exercises that changes day to day to keep it fresh. Effort makes this class as hard as you can take it.
Be ready to sweat, swing, duck and weave. Boxing Bootcamp is designed to incorporate boxing sequences while also adding in other strength training exercises.
This 30-minute, fast-paced class is jam-packed with a variety of boxing combinations.
High intensity, strength training workout that will test your limits.
This medium-intensity class, offers basic workouts to challenge yourself in every class.
Specifically designed to target and strengthen oblique and abdominal muscles
This class is designed to show members the proper use of equipment while also familiarizing them with the facility.
This class is designed for parents and kids to come together to enjoy a fun, interactive class and learn a few new dance moves.
Fit Kid Graduates
A fun, interactive workout class that’s designed specially for participants that have graduated from the FITastic Kids program.
Held at the NHRMC Rehabilitation Hospital, this low-impact, full-body workout is designed to challenge you through resistance training while toning your arms, legs and core. The non-weight bearing aspect reduces stress and injury to joints and promotes greater range of motion, making it a great class for everyone. Just bring your bathing suit.
This class incorporates a variety of kettlebell workouts that target all areas of the body for a medium- to high-intensity workout.
A kids-only class for ages 5-12, this class is perfect for children to play and have fun with others their age. During class, participants receive kid-friendly workouts from two of our Personal Trainers.
Test your balance, strength, and mobility by using body weight in a variety of challenging moves that you may have never experienced before.
This class teaches and challenges lifters to focus on the proper techniques and form used for weightlifting.
This class educates and informs individuals about the anatomical foundations behind the exercises they perform to achieve maximum benefit, by building core strength, ironing out asymmetries in muscle alignment and usage, and providing key elements in injury prevention.
This class focuses on endurance strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery. Instructors typically simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Bring a small towel and plenty of water.
For any fitness level, this class combines the cardiovascular spin class and the Pilates core work into one. The first half focuses on your heart, lungs, and legs in the Spin room. The second half of the class takes you into a Group Fitness room where you will transition into an abbreviated Pilates class. This combination gives you cardio and strength for a full body workout.
This class mainly targets strengthening the lower body through high-intensity step routines.
Strength & Endurance
For any fitness level, this circuit class incorporates strength and tests your endurance while allowing you to work at your own pace.
This class combines endurance, agility, and strength. A variety of strength exercises are incorporated with high-intensity cardio to create an interval-style class.
This class allows participants to set and track progress while setting goals to prepare for upcoming races.
Learn the fundamentals of yoga to build strength, flexibility and balance.
This exhilarating dance fitness program combines Latin and International music with dance to make exercise fun. Don't forget to pick up a hand towel and water for this calorie-burning class.
