Each week, our Dietitians and Wellness Chef focus on a new topic that will help you gain the tools and knowledge you will need as you work to achieve your wellness goals. Menu: Grab and Go Energy Bites, Make-Ahead White Bean and Thyme Dip, Tomato Asiago Frittata, "Make and Take" Trail Mix
Healthy Eating for Nightshift Workers and Improving Sleep Through Diet
Menu: Make-Ahead Blueberry Muffins and Egg Cups, 30 Minute Spring Minestrone Soup, Chocolate Chip Oat Bites
What You Get at Each Class: Food samples, recipes, shopping lists, nutrition handouts and meal ideas

Teaching Kitchen Cancellation and Reservation Policy: In addition to an automated email you will get after you sign up for the class, your instructor will contact you 48 hours before class confirming the class. If you don't hear from your instructor at least 48 hours prior to class please call us at 910-667-4143. You will be charged $5 if you do not cancel your reservation within 48 business hours of class.
