These classes will take you through simple, tasty and healthy food preparation for different types of cuisine. Each week you’ll learn the basics of healthy food preparation and why’s it can be a fundamental part in maintaining or losing weight. Our motto is “Cook once, eat 5 times!” Join us to learn how to prepare homemade, healthy food for one or for the whole family. Food preparation is an important strategy for maintaining a healthy body weight and improving your overall health status. Take one or all three classes as a series:
Menu 1: Mediterranean Theme: Explore heart healthy recipes that are tasty and batch cookable!
Menu 2: Land, Sea and Vegetables: Learn the ins and outs of cooking seafood, lean meats and plenty of veggies for the week.
Menu 3: Meal Prep for Vegans: Weather you’re vegan or curious about vegan cooking, this class will teach you the basics of vegan eating in a time/budget conscious way.

Please note that you will not take food home from this class but you will get to prepare different recipes, try new foods and take home materials that ill help you do your own healthy food prep in your own kitchen.
