Healthy Meal Prep Classes

This class will take you through simple, tasty and healthy food preparation techniques.  Your Wellness Dietitians and Chef will take you through the basics of healthy food preparation and why’s it can be a fundamental part in maintaining or losing weight. Our motto is “Cook once, eat 5 times!” Join us to learn how to prepare homemade, healthy food for one or for the whole family. Food preparation is an important strategy for maintaining a healthy body weight and improving your overall health status.

 Menu: The take home nutrition and meal prep information will be the same for each class listed below, although the menu used to demonstrate these principles may change slightly at each class. This class can be taken more than once if you need reinforcement on your meal prep strategies.

Cost: $5 per session

Location: Fitness Center Teaching Kitchen Please note that you will not take food home from this class but you will get to prepare different recipes, try new foods and take home materials that ill help you do your own healthy food prep in your own kitchen.
