Course Description: NHRMC’s “Garden to Table” cooking classes will show you how to prepare delicious and nutritious garden-fresh recipes. The classes are designed to give families and adults the skills to prepare fresh, seasonal and affordable meals together. All classes focus on nutrition, meal planning and healthy eating tips. Menu will vary class-by-class based on what’s growing in the garden.

What You Get at Each Class: Knowledge of seasonal produce, samples of garden fresh recipes, take-home recipes/produce

Location: Meet at NHRMC Community Garden, 1415 Physicians Drive (behind NHRMC Outpatient Heart Center); after picking produce, class will travel to Teaching Kitchen at the Employee Fitness Center
