This class meets weekly for eight weeks and is taught by a Registered Dietitian. The goal of the series is for participants to learn the basics of healthy eating and cooking in a hands-on and practical way. Each week focuses on a new topic that will help participants gradually gain the nutrition knowledge they need to reach and maintain optimal health.
