This three week cooking series is designed for anyone looking to gain or refresh knowledge of healthy cooking methods and anyone looking to improve their overall health through better nutrition. Each week you and your Wellness Dietitians and Wellness Chef will prepare a tasty meal together. The menus are designed around new topics each week that will help you gain the tools and knowledge you will need as you work to achieve your wellness goals.
Topics: Time Saving Tips for of Tastier and Healthier Cooking, Meal Prep and Balancing a Nutritious Plate and One Pot Meals the Whole Family Will Love! Also addressed throughout the series is mindful eating, how to maintain these changes to your diet amidst a hectic style, handling food cravings, shopping on a budget and much more!
What You Get at Each Class: Food samples, recipes, shopping lists, nutrition handouts and meal ideas
