You are signing up for a single one hour session that will equip you with all of the information you need to rock the 21-Day Whole Body Reset. The Kick-Off meetings listed below happen a week before we start the Reset as a group. Each meeting will contain the same content, so choose the one that best fits your schedule. At the meeting we will give you a hard copy of the Reset materials as well as introduce you to the Wellness Dietitians running the program and supporting you with daily emails and accountability along the way. If you cannot attend the kick-off meetings you may still participate in the Reset, however you will be most successful with the program if you come to the free kick-off meeting.
Who this Program is For: Anyone looking to start, continue or get back into healthy eating. Geared towards those ready to make their health and self care a priority. New comers and veterans of the program are all welcome!
