NHRMC offers a voluntary universal life open enrollment every two years. Our carrier for this voluntary benefit is Trustmark and the bi-annual enrollment gives benefit eligible employees of NHRMC (including NHRMC Physician Group, Pender Memorial Hospital and NHRMC Home Care employees) the opportunity to enroll in whole life insurance benefits that help provide security for you and your family.
During spring enrollment periods, benefit counselors will be available to meet with you individually to review the special features of this plan, answer questions, review your current benefits and complete your application. Special underwriting considerations may be available to you during your new hire initial enrollment period.
Voluntary universal life coverage is available to benefit eligible employees, spouses, children and grandchildren. Rates depend on the coverage plan(s) you select and get approved. Your premiums will be payroll deducted. This is a coverage you can take with you if you ever leave the network.
