Use remote access to log in to Employee Self Service and review and/or change your benefits information.
NHMRC will grant an eligible employee up to 26 weeks of unpaid leave in a single 12-month period to care for a "covered service member" who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is on the temporary disability retired list for a serious injury or illness.
Leaves of absence for the performance of active duty with the US Armed Forces, a Reserve component thereof, or the National Guard, will be granted in accordance with applicable law. Employees called to active duty will be entitled to all benefits of seniority as though no break in service occurred.
Procedures for Requesting Military Leave
You are required to notify your immediate supervisor and HR Benefits Administrator of your leave request.
Complete the Leave of Absence Application and submit with a copy of your military orders.
