Available for you and your family to access anytime, anywhere — whether you’re in a time of greater need or may want to work on personal growth. As part of your health plan benefits, locate therapists, psychiatrists, or other behavioral health clinicians and facilities.
To access Live and Work Well and see your mental health benefits, sign in to myuhc.com. Then, go to Coverage & Benefits > Mental Health.

Behavioral Health Virtual Therapy

Virtual therapy offers confidential counseling and includes: Private video sessions; Help with coping — for children, teens and adults; Similar standard of care as in-person visits.
To find a provider and schedule a visit:  Sign in or register on myuhc.com.  Then, go to Find a Doctor > Behavioral Health Directory > People > Provider Type > Telemental Health Providers.  Call the provider to set up an appointment.

Talkspace – Online Therapy

Message a licensed therapist, 24/7; regularly communicate with a therapist, safely and securely from your phone or desktop. No office visit required.
Register (first visit only) Talkspace.com/connect and choose a provider and message anywhere, anytime. Download the Talkspace app on your mobile phone.

Sanvello App – On-demand and Self-guided help with stress, anxiety and depression

Sanvello is available at no extra cost as part of your plan’s behavioral health benefits. Track daily moods, coping tools, guided journeys, personalized progress, community support and other tools.

Rally Coach: Living with Diabetes Type 2

Type 2 diabetes support, information, and encouragement with Rally Coach Living with Diabetes 8-week program – join weekly, connect with others, get encouragement, access online tools.
Visit rallyhealth.com/LWD and follow the prompts on the Rally Coach Living with Diabetes program page to see if you qualify. 

Maternity Support Program

Enroll in the program to work with a maternity nurse who is available to answer questions and help with things like:  Choosing a doctor or nurse midwife, help find a pediatrician or other specialist; Information to help take care of yourself and the health of your baby — even if pregnancy is considered high-risk; Support to help manage your health — physically and emotionally — before and after your baby is born.
