You can manage your information at home by logging into Employee Self Service through Remote Access.

NHRMC has three surcharges that may impact the bi-weekly deduction for your medical plan.
When you enroll in your benefits through Employee Self Service, you will be asked to affirm your tobacco usage and spousal coverage status. You will be required to certify that the information you are providing is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that intentional falsification or significant omissions will be grounds for discipline including, but not limited to, termination of employment from NHRMC, denial or retroactive termination of benefit coverage, and recoupment of benefits improperly paid.
