You can manage your information at home by logging into Employee Self Service through Remote Access.
NHRMC offers comprehensive options for medical coverage. Each option offers comprehensive benefits to protect you against the medical expenses. There are differences in coverage levels and how services may be obtained. You should give serious consideration to which option will best meet your needs for health care benefits.
The cost of coverage under each plan is shared by you and NHRMC. The information on this site will help you decide which coverage is best for you and your family.
Whichever plan you elect, newly hired employees can purchase into the medical plan early through a company offered Buy-up option. This option enables you to purchase medical coverage through pre-tax payroll deductions at a Buy-up rate beginning the first day of the month following your date of hire until your benefit eligibility start date.
