NHRMC recognizes that our employees have many different needs when it comes to health care. Therefore, we are committed to providing you with exceptional medical benefits and offer you a choice of two medical plans, the NHRMC Plan and the Standard Plan.
Roughly 98% of our employees and their families enroll in the NHRMC Plan as it is a cost-conscious, quality-care-driven option. Employee satisfaction and a plan design that steers medical care to a NHRMC facility are reasons why we recommend this plan option. We encourage you to review all medical benefit options, however, and give careful consideration when making this important decision.
Our medical plan offerings are self-funded, which means NHRMC drives plan design and coverage options. Our self-funded medical plans are administered through UnitedHealthcare. Enrolled members can access account information and find a doctor at MyUHC.com.
You must be a .4FTE or greater to be eligible for the medical coverage.
Dependents eligible for coverage:
- Your legally married spouse
- Your dependent children up to age 26
When choosing medical coverage, you will select one of the following coverage levels:
- Yourself and your child(ren)
- Adult children under the age of 26 – Medical Coverage only
- Yourself and your legally married spouse
- Family, including your legally married spouse and child(ren)
