Getting your COVID-19 vaccine is an important step in helping our communities heal. We are committed to helping stop the spread by making vaccines convenient and available to everyone who wants one.  Everyone 12 and older is eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. Make a plan to get yours today.  Visit Vaccines.gov to find a complete list of COVID-19 vaccine sites near you or complete the questionnaire below to schedule your vaccine through NHRMC.

You can now schedule Phizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson Covid-19 vaccine boosters at the Community Immunization Clinic in the old Surgical Pavilion on the main campus.

Answering the questionnaire below will help you determine if a COVID-19 vaccine is appropriate for you.
