All Novant Health and NHRMC team members enrolled in 2022 medical, pharmacy, dental, vision and/or flexible spending account plans should be on the lookout for new benefit plan ID cards arriving in the mail. Be sure to open mail that is in plain unmarked envelopes as the new year approaches.
If you are currently participating in a Cigna medical plan or in a flexible spending account plan you will not receive a new debit card unless it has expired. Also, you do not need a vision plan card to schedule any vision appointments.
In the event you do not receive your plan ID card(s) in the new year, contact the benefit carrier for assistance. You can also visit the carrier’s website to create an account and print ID cards. Be sure to have your Social Security Number, 6-digit employee ID number and your work email address available when creating your online accounts.
