How Patients Can Request Medical Records During COVID-19

Prior to the pandemic, patients were able to request and pick up their personal Medical Records at the NHRMC Business Center. Due to COVID-19 precautions, customers cannot visit Health Information Management offices.

If a patient wants to request Medical Records, they have 3 options:

  • Make a request via MyChart.
  • Email  [email protected].
  • Come to the Business Center lobby, fill out the appropriate form, and drop it in the designated box. 
    • The forms in the box are picked up nightly and processed the next day. The collected forms are then mailed to the customer.

Please let customers know that if they visit the Business Center, they will not receive their Medical Records the same day.
