The NHRMC Physician Group Endoscopy Center is pleased to announce it has been named a 2020 Guardian of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey. The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes top-performing healthcare organizations that have achieved the 95th percentile or above for performance in patient experience.
Presented annually, the award honors clients who consistently sustained performance in the top 5% of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.
“We are proud to see our care team recognized for all our efforts to ensure patients have a positive experience while under our care,” said Michael Mastrangelo, MD, Medical Director of the Endoscopy Center.
The Endoscopy Center, which is affiliated with NHRMC Physician Group - Hanover Gastroenterology, is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
