Refresh Your Resolves is an all-levels program designed to provide practical tools and support you may need to establish and maintain better nutrition and self-care habit, and the next session begins October 5.
As part of the Refresh Your Resolves program, you will meet virtually in small groups led by your Wellness Dietitians Sara Parrish and Ana Evans for an inspiring and supportive time that sparks transformation, positivity and overall improved wellbeing.

Weekly “eat clean” meal plan, recipes and shopping list, weekly virtual meetings with your wellness dietitian and accountability group and live weekly mini webinars by Registered Dietitians on the following topics:

- Week 3: Building a Healthy Relationship with Food
- Week 4: Success beyond this journey
