The Information Services team will be upgrading ServiceNow to the Orlando version on Saturday August 1, 2020 from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The system will not be in a down state during the upgrade, but users may experience intermittent slowness during the upgrade.
Most of the changes with the upgrade do not affect ServiceNow End Users but there are two changes to note that will be included at the time of the upgrade.
With the upgrade comes changes to the way that ServiceNow Requests that require approvals will be handled.
Information Services completed an A3 with operational resources to improve the consistency of communication messages generated from ServiceNow in addition to changes to the ServiceNow Portal that will improve the usability of the Portal for end users.
